Job summary

CorsoCare Hospice is seeking a dedicated CNA for a full-time Hospice Aide role serving the Greater Lansing area. The Aide provides compassionate in-home personal care under the supervision of the Staff RN/Case Manager and Clinical Manager, delivering essential support to patients and families.

Qualified candidates are Michigan-certified CNAs with hospice home-care experience; CPR is preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to ensure timely patient visits.

Qualifications

• Currently certified as a CNA in Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year Hospice Aide experience in health care or home care.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with insurance and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ambulation and daily activities.
• Provide personal care and basic comfort measures in the home.
• Record temperature, pulse and respiration; adhere to care plan.
• Maintain infection control and safe, healthful environment.
• Communicate with Clinical Manager and RN/Case Manager about schedules.
