Qualifications

• Must read and write English proficiently.
• Must be state tested nursing assistant in good standing.
• Equivalent education/experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes to provide care and services according to the care plan or as approved by an RN.
• Assist with activities of daily living as directed by an RN.
• Offer support and encouragement to patients and families.
