Zusammenfassung

VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Aide/CNA to provide compassionate, patient-first care in home settings across the southern territory. You will support patients with daily activities, comfort measures, and family respite, while working closely with RNs, social workers, and leadership.

Qualified candidates bring CNA certification, CPR, and a demonstrated ability to follow care plans with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of state-required Hospice Aide/CNA training; CNA cert if state requires.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to follow care plans, document clearly, and communicate effectively.
• Comfort working with end-of-life patients and families.
• Strong empathy, compassion and emotional intelligence.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patient homes.
• Patient-first mindset with respect for dignity and quality of life.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Support comfort through repositioning, mobility assistance, and skin integrity care.
• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Offer respite support to caregivers and families.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN/Case Manager; document care accurately.
