VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Aide/CNA to provide compassionate, patient-first in-home care. You will assist with daily living activities, support comfort through mobility and skin care, and help families in a supportive team. Strong empathy, CPR and state training are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of state-required Hospice Aide/CNA training or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to follow care plans, document clearly, and communicate effectively.
• Comfort working with end-of-life patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities at home (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Support mobility, repositioning and skin care to maintain comfort.
• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Offer respite support to caregivers and families.
• Observe changes, report to RN/Case Manager, document care accurately.
