VitalCaring is seeking compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA professionals to provide in-home, one-to-one patient care focused on comfort and dignity. You will assist with daily living activities, support mobility and skin integrity, and help sustain a safe home environment while respecting patient preferences.

Strong communication and empathy are essential, as is reliable transportation to travel between patient homes. Training and benefits support your growth within a purpose-driven team.

Formación

• Completion of state-required Hospice Aide/CNA training or certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to follow care plans and document clearly.
• Comfort working with end-of-life patients and families.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Support comfort through mobility assistance and skin care.
• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Offer respite support to caregivers and families.
• Observe and report changes to RN/Case Manager; document care accurately.
