Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program is required.
• NBRC certification is required.
• Current RCP license as required by state(s) of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Aufgaben

• Provide instruction to patients and caregivers on proper use of respiratory equipment and care procedures.
• Perform clinical assessments and tests (pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry, vital signs).
• Maintain patient records and follow care plans; document outcomes.
• Operate respiratory care equipment (oxygen, nebulization, PAP, ventilation).
• Assist with patient scheduling and participate in ongoing education and training.
