Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support for home health operations.
• Respond to incoming calls and manage patient records and paperwork.
• Procure and stock medical and office supplies; assist with telemonitoring program if applicable.
• Support Branch Manager and Administrator with daily tasks.
