Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current unencumbered Ohio LPTA license required.
• New graduates welcome; 1 year hospital/long-term care/home health preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute Plan of Care under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Communicate clinical progress with Physical Therapist and team.
• Perform patient assessments and document findings.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and self-care.
• Support continuity of care during discharge planning.
• Maintain clean, safe treatment areas and equipment.
