Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery in the home and empower families to manage care effectively.

The role requires an active RN license in the state of work, current CPR/BCLS, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of nursing experience (home health preferred). Comprehensive onboarding and strong benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse; home health experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recovery and enable them to stay at home, helping them spend time with loved ones and enjoy activities.
• Educate patients and families to reach healthcare goals and manage diseases.
• Case manage and provide clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team.
