Job summary

Elite is actively seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our home health and hospice care teams in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across patients’ own homes. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and administer prescribed medications while educating patients and families about self-care and disease management.

Candidates must hold Idaho RN licensure, be CPR certified, and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing.
• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Ability to drive and travel to patient homes as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments in home health and hospice settings.
• Develop and revise care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; provide patient education.
