Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a dedicated CNA/Home Health Aide to assist patients at home. You will support nurses with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and help patients maintain comfort and independence.

Responsibilities include dressing, bathing, feeding, and transporting patients, while ensuring safety and adhering to care plans. A valid CNA certification and state licensure are required, with lifting and mobility support a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver''s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide per state licensure.
• Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses with basic care activities for patients.
• Dress, groom, bathe, feed, and monitor vital signs of patients.
• Respond to call lights and assist with toileting, oral care, and other needs.
• Provide simple or uncomplicated patient care within Standards of Practice.
• Clean rooms, change bed linen, and document care provided.
