Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join a compassionate team delivering care in Home Health, Hospice, Residential and Private Duty settings. You will help patients with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and document care under supervision.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, safety, and dignity, with opportunities to grow through varied client settings and supportive colleagues. Training and adherence to standards are core expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Certification as CNA or Home Health Aide as required by state licensure.
• Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and assist with mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assists nurses by performing basic care activities for patients.
• Dresses, grooms, bathes, feeds and records vital signs.
• Responds to call lights and assists with toileting, oral care, nail care, and catheter care.
• Provides simple or uncomplicated patient care within Standards of Practice.
• Cleans rooms and changes bed linen.
• Takes and records temperature, pulse and respiration rate.
• Gives medication as directed by Physician or Nurse and notes time given.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
