JEVS Care at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients with daily living activities in their home. You will follow care plans, support independence, and use provided training and PPE. CPR/First Aid and dementia training are offered as part of professional development, along with ongoing competency assessments.

Requirements include being 18+, HS diploma or GED, U.S. citizenship or work authorization, and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Client Care Manager.
• Completion of Caregiver Orientation.
• Must satisfactorily complete JEVS Care at Home written exam and orientation program with an 80% passing score.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Assisting the client in daily living as indicated by the care plan.
• Help clients maintain independence.
• Caregiver receives training and tools, including ADL training, and PPE access.
• CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Training are provided as Professional Development.
• Demonstrate understanding of and encourage independent living.
• Complete competency examination after training and orientation, with annual re-certification.
