Job summary

All Tennessee Caregivers is seeking a compassionate Home Health Caregiver to support clients in their homes with daily activities, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

You will document care provided, coordinate with team members, and maintain a safe, clean living environment while respecting client preferences and safety. A valid driver's license is preferred; strong communication and reliability are essential. Flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation tailored to dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate records of care and report changes to the team.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Additional duties as assigned.
