Job summary

All Tennessee Caregivers is seeking a compassionate Home Healthcare Caregiver to provide in-home support to clients. You will assist with daily activities, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, while monitoring health changes and reporting to the team.

Applicants should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and reliable transportation. Experience in home care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including ensuring that the client's living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs
• Administer medications as directed by the client's healthcare provider
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services
• Other duties as assigned
