Job summary

All Tennessee Caregivers is seeking a compassionate Home Healthcare Caregiver to provide in-home support to clients, helping with daily activities, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. You will work closely with a care team to maintain high standards of comfort and safety in clients’ homes.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in home healthcare or similar
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work with a high-volume workload

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation, ensuring a clean, organized living area and nutritious meals
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report changes to the team
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care
• Other duties as assigned
