Job summary

All Tennessee Caregivers in Tennessee is seeking a compassionate Home Healthcare Caregiver to support clients at home with daily activities and basic care. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, while maintaining accurate care records and communicating changes to the team.

We value reliable transportation, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy home-care setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including ensuring that the client's living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services.
• Other duties as assigned.
