Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state CNA certification or registration as per state requirements.
• CNA experience within the last two years; if more than two years, complete new training/competency program.
• Must pass the competency program of the care center and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care to patients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living under supervision of licensed staff.
• Obtain vitals and monitor patient status; observe and report changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and assist with meals and basic errands.
• Follow plan of care and infection control procedures.
