Job summary

Brite Horizon LLC is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to support individuals in their homes, focusing on independence and comfort.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, with travel between client locations. The role is hands-on and requires a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, cleaning).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands and community activities (if applicable).
• Monitor and report changes in condition to supervisor.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Services are provided in clients’ homes.
• Travel between client locations may be required.
• Work may involve physical activity (lifting, standing, assisting with mobility).
