Job summary

Affordable Family Care Services - Raleigh is seeking Personal Care Aides to support seniors and individuals with disabilities at home. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health indicators, and help maintain independence and dignity in familiar surroundings.

Responsibilities include hygiene, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and coordinating transportation. A valid driver’s license, TB test, and background/drug check are required; E-Verify employable status is

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must pass a Background & Drug check and be E-Verify employable.
• TB test is required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing and daily tasks.
• Perform basic health-related checks such as vital signs when needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Arrange transportation for clients as needed.
• Collect information on client conditions from caregivers and family.
