BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide compassionate in-home care across multiple towns in Massachusetts. We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, and RN oversight to support you while delivering high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Home Health Aide certificate from a reputable program.
• CPR certification required for all caregivers.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Must be a licensed driver with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and transportation as needed.
