Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is seeking HHA/CNA professionals to provide in-home care for seniors and adults, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility. The role emphasizes safety, compassionate support, and adherence to individualized care plans.

Candidates must hold an HHA certificate or CNA license, CPR/BLS certification, and pass a Level 2 background check. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to join our expanding team.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Level 2 background check is required.
• TB screening or TB test result is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Care for fall-risk patients with emphasis on safety.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; follow patient care plans.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and comfort; communicate changes to care team.
