Job summary

Four Seasons Healthcare Solutions is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care in clients' homes across Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and document services under nurse direction. English fluency is required; Spanish/Creole bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, home care, or similar settings.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to perform tasks such as vital signs monitoring and medication administration.
• Understanding of dementia care practices is a plus.
• Compassionate attitude towards individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare provider
• Help with household chores and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
