Four Seasons Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential LIVE IN care to individuals in need within their homes. You will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for those requiring assistance with daily living activities.

Qualificações

Experience in assisted living, home care, or similar settings.
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
HIPAA regulations and confidentiality knowledge.
Ability to monitor vital signs and administer medications.
Dementia care knowledge is a plus.
Compassionate attitude toward individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsabilidades

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare provider.
Help with household chores and meal preparation.
Monitor and report changes in client's health status.
Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
