Four Seasons Healthcare Solutions is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care to individuals in need within their homes. You will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and support health monitoring.

You will work under a nurse's supervision to administer medications, follow care plans, and document services. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential for delivering high-quality in-home care.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, home care, or similar settings.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and administer medications.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare provider.
• Help with household chores and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
