Join a growing team dedicated to improving quality of life for clients in Ohio. This position involves traveling to patient homes across the Parma area and working with a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HHA training, CNA or STNA certification, or 1.5 years caregiving experience.
• HHA certification or equivalent credential as required by Ohio state regulations.
• Basic knowledge of patient care and safety protocols.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises per care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Support medication self-administration through reminders (no independent med administration).
• Monitor and report patient condition and changes to the supervising nurse.
• Take and record basic vital signs when trained and assigned.
• Document care provided according to company and regulatory standards.
• Travel reliably to patient homes and assigned visits across your service area.
• Complete required in-service training, including annual dementia education.
