Zusammenfassung

PurposeCare is a growing home health and home care provider serving the Midwest. We are hiring caring individuals to provide one-to-one care in patients' homes, supporting daily living activities and safety. Licensed HHAs/CNAs are encouraged to apply; certifications may be obtained on the job.

Expect to be hands-on, dependable, and service-driven. Weekly pay, training, and opportunities to grow within PurposeCare locations are offered.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved HHA training program, CNA certificate, STNA license or 1.5 years of caregiving experience.
• HHA certification or equivalent credential as required by Ohio state regulations.
• Basic knowledge of patient care and safety protocols.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation and ROM exercises per care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Support medication self-administration through reminders.
• Monitor and report patient condition to the supervising nurse.
• Take and record basic vital signs when trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly client environment.
• Travel to patient homes and visits across the service area; complete required training.
