Ideal candidates hold CNA/HHA/PCA certification or equivalent, with strong communication and reliability. A valid driver’s license may be required; flexible scheduling is possible, with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Current CNA/HHA/PCA certification or equivalent caregiving credential.
• Previous experience in personal/home care or patient support preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and care teams.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as needed.
• Prepare light meals and assist with meal planning, feeding, and hydration reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean home environment.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and supportive interaction.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or safety concerns to the team.
• Assist with medication reminders according to care plans and agency guidelines.
• Support clients with errands, appointments, and transportation as required and permitted.
• Follow care plans, safety procedures, and all applicable policies and documentation.
