Job summary

Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to support clients with personal care, companionship, transfers, and daily tasks in their homes.

Responsibilities include medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and engaging clients in activities. Must have HHA certificate or CNA license and pass a background check. Opportunities for advancement and flexible schedules offered.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide certificate or CNA license is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as HHA, CNA or PCA.
• Fluency in English and ability to listen and communicate clearly.
• Willing to drive at least 20 miles to reach clients.
• Must behave with respect and compassion.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Criminal background check required.
• Lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide good references.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and companionship.
• Perform transfers, feeding, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Run errands and engage clients in stimulating activities and conversations.

Skills

HHA/CNA license
