Granite Peak Home Health in Great Falls, MT is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our growing team. You will perform personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help patients remain independent in their homes.

This hybrid schedule offers competitive pay, benefits including health, dental and vision, paid time off, a retirement plan, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for ongoing training. Experience with HIPAA compliance and a clean driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• Meet Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health Aide training and competency.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick and elderly.
• Ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
• Maturity to handle the demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to established Agency policies and procedures.
• Performs personal care, bath, and hands‑on care as assigned.
• Completes visit records in a timely manner as per Agency policy.
• Reports changes in the patient’s condition and needs to the RN.
• Performs household services essential to health care in the home as assigned.
• Ambulates and exercises the patient as assigned.
• Performs ROM exercises as assigned.
• Assists with medications ordinarily self‑administered.
• Attends in‑service and continuing education programs as scheduled.
• Attends patient care conferences as scheduled.
