Job summary

Granite Peak Home Health in Montana is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides to join our growing team. You will provide personal care, assist with activities of daily living, and document visits in a timely manner.

Candidates must meet Medicare COP for HHA training, have a compassionate attitude, and be able to read and write. The role offers a hybrid work location, a structured schedule, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must meet Medicare COP for Home Health Aide training program and competency.
• Ability to read and write.
• Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care, bath, and hands-on care as assigned.
• Completes visit records in a timely manner as per Agency policy.
• Reports changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Performs household services essential to health care in the home.
• Ambulates and exercises the patient as assigned.
• Performs simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services.
• Assists with medications that are ordinarily self-administered as assigned.
• Attends in-service and continuing education programs as scheduled.
