Job summary

The Lakes Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide daily living and personal care in patients' homes in accordance with a care plan in Naples, FL.

Responsibilities include assisting with baths, dressing, meals, mobility, vital signs, safety, and documentation, while maintaining clear communication with the supervising nurse and family. Part-time position with flexible hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Meets all federal, state and local requirements where applicable.
• Successfully complete Maxim competency program and required screenings.
• CPR certification maintained as per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with baths, dressing, feeding, and mobility per plan of care.
• Take and record temperatures, pulse, respiration and blood pressure when ordered.
• Ensure safe transfers, range of motion, and home safety practices.
• Observe, document patient condition, and report changes to the nurse.
• Follow care plan and complete all tasks and communications with office.
