Job summary

PurposeCare, a leading home health and home care provider in the Midwest, is looking for compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes, assist with daily living tasks, and help clients stay safe and independent with supportive, respectful service.

Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN) and opportunities to grow are available. Active HHA/CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active HHA or CNA certification required.
• Willingness to obtain certification welcomed.
• Ability to follow written care instructions and document services.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises per care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Support medication self-administration through reminders (no independent med administration).
• Monitor and report patient condition and changes to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly client environment.
