Job summary

Right at Home, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team serving clients in the Indianapolis area. We provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors and disabled adults in their homes.

Applicants should have at least a willingness to learn, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for bonuses and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care activities (hygiene, ambulation, grooming, dressing).
• Assist with feeding and meal preparation as instructed.
• Engage client in activities and social interaction.
• Perform light homemaking tasks (vacuuming, laundry, dishes).
• Follow nurse-taught patient-specific activities and ROM exercises.
