Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and disabled adults in-home across Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Weekend shifts are available, with training provided. Enjoy a flexible schedule and opportunities for overtime, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and holiday pay.

We value dependable individuals who can promote a safe home environment, communicate effectively with office staff, and follow company policies. Prior caregiving experience is a plus though not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and bathroom needs.
• Provide ambulation support and mobility assistance.
• Help with dressing and grooming tasks.
• Assist with feeding as needed.
• Engage client in activities and conversations.
• Perform nurse-guided patient-specific tasks when trained.
• Support with range of motion exercises as directed.
• Meal preparation following instructions.
• Complete light homemaking tasks and housekeeping.
