Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with office staff.
• Willing to follow all company policies and directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care activities and assist with daily living.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding.
• Support mobility and ambulation.
• Perform light homemaking tasks (cleaning, laundry, cooking).
• Engage client in activities and companionship.
• Follow plan of care and report to nurse as needed.
