Job summary

Right at Home, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team serving Indianapolis and surrounding counties. You will provide personal care and companionship to seniors and disabled adults, helping them stay safe and comfortable at home.

Experience is helpful; CNAs and HHAs are a plus, and we hire for all shifts with flexible schedules. We offer weekly pay, paid time off, training and development, and bonuses for quick shifts and referrals.

Qualifications

• Verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment.
• Dependability.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured and reliable automobile.
• Communicate effectively with office staff regularly.
• Must be willing to follow all company policies and take direction from office staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living.
• Personal hygiene assistance (bath, grooming, mouth care).
• Assists with ambulation and dressing.
• Grooms and helps with feeding.
• Engages client in activities and exercises as directed by a nurse.
• Performs homemaking tasks (vacuuming, laundry, dishes, cleaning).
