Job summary
Right at Home, LLC is seeking dependable caregivers to join our in-home care team in the Indianapolis area. You will assist seniors and disabled adults with activities of daily living, provide companionship and follow a nurse-approved plan of care in clients' homes.
We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for bonuses and paid mileage. Training and development are provided to help you grow in your role as a trusted caregiver while making a meaningful impact in the community.
Qualifications
- Verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment
- Dependability and reliability
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured vehicle
- Ability to communicate effectively with office staff and follow policies
Responsibilities
- Performs personal care activities to assist with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Provides meal preparation as instructed
- Assists with ambulation and mobility
- Engages client in activities and social interaction
- Performs homemaking tasks: vacuuming, laundry, cleaning, dishes
