Elara Caring is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home in Massachusetts. You will provide essential personal care, help with mobility, meals, and daily activities, and ensure a safe, dignified environment.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts CNA or HHA or PHCAST certification required or in state training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with elderly or disabled individuals is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Physical ability to lift and assist clients up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, groceries and transportation to appointments.
• Promote a safe, comfortable and respectful client environment.
