Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Aides (PCA), and Homemakers in Massachusetts to provide in-home support. Competitive hourly pay with daily pay options, paid training, and opportunities for career growth are offered.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, housekeeping, companionship, and transportation to appointments while maintaining a safe, respectful home environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Active MA certifications: CNA, HHA, or PHCAST Homemaker/PC courses
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
