Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team in the United States. We provide attentive home care to elderly, disabled, and individuals with intellectual disabilities, offering competitive pay and flexible schedules.

The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate care with dignity, assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, while upholding safety and client rights. Training and mobile-app onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Criminal Background report required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Care for Participants with dignity, patience and compassion.
• Light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation as needed.
• Assist with medications, prepare meals, and personal care.
