Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team in providing compassionate care for the elderly, disabled, and participants with intellectual disabilities.

This role supports clients with dignity and respect while delivering safe, ethical home care. We offer flexible schedules with part-time or full-time opportunities, mobile onboarding and training through our app, and options for Zoom or in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Criminal Background check required
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Care for participants with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect
• Home assistance including light housekeeping, errands, transportation, accompanying to appointments, and assisting with medications; meal prep and personal care
• Provide companionship and supportive interaction to participants
