Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team. The role involves providing dignified home care to participants, including light housekeeping, transportation assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal care, all delivered with patience and compassion.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation if needed.
• Assist with medications and accompany clients to appointments.
• Provide personal services including toileting, bathing, feeding and grooming.
• Offer companionship and conversation to participants.
