Maximum Care, Inc. is looking for a Direct Care Worker to join our team. We provide care to the elderly, disabled, and participants with intellectual disabilities, with benefits and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Care for Participants and their property with dignity, patience, compassion and respect.
• Provide light housekeeping, errands or transportation as needed; accompany to appointments and remind/assist with medications; prepare meals and assist with general living needs.
• Provide companionship and conversation to stimulate, encourage, and assist an individual.
