Job summary

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking certified Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide (HHA/PCA) to support patients in their homes. You will work on cases delivering essential personal care and companionship, following care plans, and ensuring comfort and safety.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and attention to health state requirements, with benefits including 401k, weekly pay, health insurance, PTO, flexible hours, and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meets health state requirements.
• Recent physical.
• 2 PPD's or QuantiFERON Blood Test.
• Three References (Professional).
• Positive and compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow the patient care plan.
• Observe and monitor changes in patient condition.
• Maintain healthful, safe environment.
• Provide nutritional and environmental support.
• Assist patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, snacks, toileting etc.
• Provide medication reminders.
