Job summary

Always Compassionate Home Care in the Philadelphia area is seeking a certified Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide (HHA/PCA) to work cases in clients' homes. You will read and follow care plans, observe patient conditions, maintain a safe environment, assist with bathing, grooming, meals, and medications reminders, and provide nutritional and environmental support with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meets health state requirements.
• Recent physical.
• 2 PPD's or QuantiFERON Blood Test.
• Three References (Professional).
• Positive and compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to read patient's care plan
• Observes and monitors changes in patient condition
• Maintain healthful, safe environment.
• Provide nutritional and environmental support.
• Assist patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, snacks, toileting etc.
• Provide medication reminders
