Qualifications

• HHA or PCA certification is required.
• Current Photo ID and Social Security card.
• Drug screen conducted within the last 6 months.
• Completed physical within the last 6 months.
• Two reference letters (personal or professional).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Provide social interaction and companionship.
• Report any changes in patient condition or incidents to the RN Supervisor or therapist.
