Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Home and Community Based Services Aide to assist a client at home with daily living activities, personal care, and light household tasks. The role supports staying in the client’s home and requires reliable transportation to visit care sites.

You will document client conditions, use the EVV system, and ensure safety while responding promptly to needs. CPR certification preferred; 6+ months home care experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation or access to public transit.
• TN: 75 hours of training including 16 clinical hours within first 3 months.
• CPR certification preferred; 6+ months home care experience; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs
