Job summary

PurposeCare in Circleville, Ohio is hiring Home Health Aides, STNAs, PCAs and CNAs to support clients at home. Responsibilities include personal care, grooming, light housekeeping, and meal prep in clients' homes.

Qualifications

Worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing Facility within the past year.
Minimum of 1 full year of recent experience.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Candidates must complete a written Competency evaluation.
Must complete a skills assessment.
Able to independently lift 25lbs.
Demonstrate empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and impaired.
Demonstrate patience and good personal hygiene.
Comfortable performing personal care, grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Providing personal care to include baths, showers, oral hygiene, grooming, and changing bed linens.
Assist with dressing/undressing and toileting; maintain patient living area.
Light housekeeping and meal preparation; assist with laundry and meals.
Ensure safety and comfort while delivering home health services.
