Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide personal care per the plan of care in the patient’s home. The role emphasizes compassionate assistance, safety, and clear communication with family and supervising nurses.

Qualifications

• Must meet all state and federal training requirements.
• Read and follow written instructions and document care.
• CPR certification current as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patient per plan of care: baths, hygiene, dressing, feeding.
• Take and record temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered.
• Safe transfer and ambulation according to care plan.
• Perform range of motion and simple procedures as directed.
• Handle patient laundry and maintain safety practices at home.
• Communicate clearly with client, family, and office.
• Observe and document patient condition and report changes to nurse supervisor.
